- For almost a millennium the mother tongue (mama loshen) of Ashkenazi Jews was Yiddish.
- Let’s get together & have some fun with Yiddish humor, poetry, proverbs, quaint sayings, etc.
- A knowledge of Yiddish would be helpful but not necessary.
