NYACK, NY – Congregation Sons of Israel (CSI) Nyack presents an extraordinary evening of mystical Hebrew music and Kabbalistic storytelling with world-renowned composer and master oud player Yuval Ron on Thursday, February 19th, 2026, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Yuval Ron leads his acclaimed ensemble of singers, instrumentalists, and renowned whirling dervishes through sacred musical traditions of the Middle East, weaving together themes of healing and resilience through ancient wisdom and contemporary artistry in "Ani Le Dodi | A Journey To The Beloved."
Yuval Ron is an internationally celebrated composer, educator, and peace-building artist whose work bridges cultures and traditions. A Grammy-nominated artist and recipient of the Goldie Award for World Music Album of the Year, Ron has performed at Carnegie Hall, the United Nations, and the Library of Congress. His compositions have been featured in over 50 films and television soundtracks.
The Yuval Ron Ensemble specializes in authentic performances of Jewish, Islamic, and Christian sacred music, featuring traditional Middle Eastern instruments, generations-old vocal techniques, and the mesmerizing spiritual practice of whirling dervishes.
